He is a Certified KPI Professional (C-KPIP) and also a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional (C-BSCP)

Mr. Khan worked for HR. Admin & Compliance department of domestic and MNCs like Viyellatex Group, Akhter Group, Bengal Meat Processing Industries Ltd., Epyllion Group, ITL Group (UK based), Ajinomoto Bangladesh Ltd. (Japan-based), The Daily Star.

He is one of the Resource Persons of the government's Entrepreneurship & Skill Development Project of BIDA under the Prime Minister’s Office.

He is the former Project Director of Serve Human Foundation.

Mr. Khan achieved MBA (HRM), BBA (HRM) & LL.B.
