Refund and Cancellation Policy
At ENSDI, we are committed to providing high-quality, practical training, courses, and digital products designed to empower your career and professional growth. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure a transparent and fair process regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Digital Products and Online Courses
Due to the immediate access nature of our digital products, online self-paced courses, and downloadable materials, all sales are final once access is granted or the file is downloaded. We do not offer refunds for digital content after purchase unless there is a proven technical issue that prevents access which our support team cannot resolve within 7 business days.
2. Live Training and Workshops
For live interactive training sessions, webinars, or scheduled masterclasses, refund rules are as follows:
- 7 Days or More Before the Event: Full refund minus a small administrative/gateway fee (typically 5%).
- Less Than 7 Days Before the Event: No direct refunds will be given, but you may request to transfer your seat to a future session or request a full store credit.
- No-Shows: Participants who fail to attend a live session without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the criteria above and wish to request a refund, please contact us via email at mahmud@ensdi.org or call us at +8801720141204. Your request must include:
- Your full name and registered account email address.
- Invoice number / Order transaction ID.
- A clear reason for the refund request.
4. Processing of Refunds
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection via email. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer) within 7 to 10 business days.
